After the establishment of Shanghai Longhua Tourism City Development Co., Ltd. in December 1996, the company officially established a party branch in April 1997. The company's development is inseparable from the hard work of the company's pioneers and party members. The branch party members range from the company's management to the front-line employees, and they are all in the company's backbone positions. 1. Focus on party building for enterprise development

For a long time, the company’s party branch work has focused on the central task of enterprise transformation and development. Party building work and enterprise operation and management work have been implemented simultaneously and jointly managed. The party branch pays attention to the political core role of the party organization of the enterprise, and participates in the decision-making of enterprise management and major issues. 2. Take the lead in participating in voluntary service activities

The company's party branch has always had a volunteer service team led by party members and participation by the masses for a long time. During the Spring Festival travel season in early 2020, they took the lead to come to Shanghai South Railway Station to join the "Spring Festival" volunteer service; after the outbreak of the "new crown" epidemic, they gave up their rest and went to the frontline to support the resumption of work and production of regional enterprises. Combining with the "Tang Yun Mid-Autumn Festival" activities and the company's business advantages during the CIIE, the company cooperates with the service convener to engage in voluntary service work to escort the smooth development of corporate business and contribute corporate strength to the society. Carry out the promise of "Keeping the original heart in mind and carrying out the mission".

3. Party members are paired with employee responsibility system 

Combining the company's actual business and employee development and training, party members and employees pair up one-on-one to form a responsibility system. In addition to regular heart-to-heart talks and listening to opinions and suggestions on the company's development, party members are required to provide ideological and professional guidance and assistance to the development of paired employees, combined with personal assessment, job promotion and other related work.
