2月4日下午，徐汇国投集团党委召开2020年度民主生活会，区国资委副主任申志敏出席会议并作点评，集团党委书记、董事长王武文主持会议，区纪委监委第五派驻组副组长单志强、集团处级以上领导班子成员参加会议。
国投集团党委对开好此次民主生活会高度重视，精心组织学习研讨，广泛征求意见，深入开展谈心谈话，进一步沟通思想，达成共识，认真撰写对照检查材料，为召开一个高质量的民主生活会，做了细致全面的前期准备工作。
王武文同志通报2019年度“不忘初心、牢记使命”主题教育专题民主生活会整改落实情况，并代表班子作对照检查，重点查摆五个方面存在的突出问题，并从加强政治建设、积极应对风险挑战、夯实党风廉政建设、加强人才队伍建设、关心关爱职工群众、建强筑牢党的基层组织等方面明确了整改思路和措施。
王武文同志带头发言，并接受其他班子成员的批评，其余班子成员逐一进行对照检查，联系个人思想和工作实际，开展批评和自我批评。
申志敏主任对本次民主生活会给予了充分的肯定，他指出本次民主生活会准备充分，对照检查深刻，批评和自我批评严肃认真，开得氛围好、效果好、质量高。通过本次民主生活会，国投集团领导班子成员经受了严格的党内组织生活锻炼，为今后的工作发展明确方向，鼓足干劲。他对下一步工作做出强调：
抓好问题整改落实
认真梳理问题清单，制定整改措施，明确责任到人，做到立行立改，确保整改落实到位。并要主动接受监督，做好民主生活会的通报工作。
建立整改长效机制
从顶层谋划整改长效机制，深入剖析问题原因，善于从制度建设入手，以有力有效的整改促进制度完善，提高制度执行力，推动制度建设规范化、长效化。
凝心聚力推进发展
把这次民主生活会作为新的起点，聚焦主业抓发展，以党建引领高质量发展，凝心聚力，齐抓共管，用发展成果检验党建成效。
王武文同志总结会议，指出要积极用好本次民主生活会成果，提高政治站位强化责任担当，坚持问题导向狠抓整改落实，以庆祝中国共产党成立100周年为统领，推动各项工作做实做细。
