2018年5月22日，区委组织部、区国资委党委至上海徐汇国有资产投资（集团）有限公司（以下简称集团）宣布领导班子调整。区委常委、组织部部长沈山州同志，区委组织部副部长、区编办主任施斌同志，区国资委党委副书记、纪委书记周婷婷同志到会并讲话。集团全体中层以上干部出席会议。

区委组织部副部长、区编办主任施斌同志宣布了新一届领导班子任命：王武文同志任集团党委书记、董事长；陈明龙同志任集团党委副书记、总经理；钱燕同志任集团监事长；石磊同志任集团党委副书记、纪委书记，并推荐为工会主席候选人；宋毅、黄鹤、虞弘三位同志任集团副总经理。

钱燕、陈明龙、王武文三位同志作为新一届班子代表先后作了表态。区国资委党委副书记、纪委书记周婷婷同志对新成立的集团表达了深切希望和美好祝愿。

区委常委、组织部部长沈山州同志对新一届班子提出三点要求：

一是认清责任、主动担当，深刻把握成立集团的重要意义，深刻理解新集团的四大功能定位，在做到思想不乱、队伍不散、工作不断的基础上，把力量凝聚到集团发展事业上来。二是紧抓机遇、无缝衔接，深入基层调研确保工作平稳过渡，要发挥班子合力，选准用好干部，加强工作衔接。三是锐意进取、改革创新，推动国投集团不断做大做优做强，想好往哪发力，想好怎么发力，想好靠谁发力。集团要上下一心、共同努力，实现“1+1”大于“2”的改革目标。
