日前，为落实区委老干部局发下的《关于做好2018年本区离休干部“夏送凉”慰问工作的通知》的要求，并表达集团公司对离休干部一以贯之的关心，集团党委书记、董事长王武文，党委副书记、总经理陈明龙，党委副书记、纪委书记石磊，副总经理宋毅先后与组织人事部随行人员至养老院、医院及住所慰问了张培义等5名离休老干部。此次慰问的5名老干部平均年龄90岁，均参加过革命工作，担任过系统内企业要职。

前去慰问的集团领导先是向老干部介绍了集团资产重组工作的进展情况，积极回应了老干部对企业发展前景的关心。

集团领导随后详细询问了离休干部的身体及生活情况，并与之展开亲切交谈。在交谈过程中，部分老干部讲述了自己的革命故事，介绍了当前正在阅读的书籍和报刊。集团领导深有感触，表示要学习前辈们开拓进取的精神和不断学习的态度。

集团领导一再嘱咐老干部要保重身体，并会一如既往高度重视系统内老干部工作，多关心老干部的身体和生活，尽心尽力解决实际需求。在老干部身体允许的情况下，努力搭建老干部沟通交流平台，以便于其随时了解新的国投集团经营发展状况。

此次慰问在炎炎夏日向离休老干部送去了一份清凉，也使他们感受到了心向组织的归属感。
