日前，陈石燕副区长至徐汇国投集团调研，区府办副主任董文曜、区国资委党委副书记周婷婷陪同。集团领导班子成员出席会议并汇报了集团重点工作及下一步工作计划。

陈石燕副区长对集团资产重组工作的平稳有序、班子合力谋划未来发展等方面给予了肯定，并对于下一步工作提出四点要求：一是对集团的功能定位进行再谋划及完善。要深化功能定位的内涵，克服企业自身短板，不断探索适合企业发展的路径和方法。在战略投资、金融科技服务等板块谋划上，积极对接区域建设，结合科创中心、促进民营经济等区域重点工作，不断完善和深化，以适应新的情况要求。二是要不断加强党的建设。在党委及纪委选举上作充分的预案及准备。班子主动形成合力，明确方向，凝聚共识，创造企业新的价值观。加快干部梯队建设及员工的融合，发挥全员的主动性和能量，为企业发展提供有力基石。三是主动谋划发展。进一步推进产业招商和资本、资产运作能力，形成集团的特点和优势。利用好集团的载体资源，做好“一楼一策”方案，提高属地率及单位产出率；注重招商品质，围绕区域重点产业方向及未来发展，做好产业结构调整。四是妥善化解历史遗留问题。为迎接即将到来的“建国70周年”，做到“稳”字当头，妥善处理好稳定工作，早做预案。在分步骤有序化解历史遗留问题的同时，保证队伍“不散”、“不乱”。

董文曜副主任对集团工作给予“实、专、新”的评价。周婷婷副书记在肯定集团工作的同时也代表区国资委表示，会对集团当前工作中的难点进行专题研究并作大力支持。
