8月7日，区国资委深入基层组织开展2019年国资系统企业职工高温慰问活动，区国资委调研员、集资委副主任宋皓军带队走访慰问国投集团受托管理的徐家汇源游客中心，向奋战在高温一线的全体导览讲解员表示感谢，并送上慰问品。国投集团党委副书记、纪委书记、工会主席冒正兰陪同。

宋皓军同志与慰问职工亲切交谈，了解他们的工作环境、身体状况和户外高温劳动作业的防护措施，叮嘱各位导览员在高温天气下要注意防暑和劳动安全，关照企业负责人合理安排好职工的作息时间，切实做好高温期间的防暑降温工作。同时，她还询问了徐家汇源企业经营的基本情况，表示企业要利用好徐家汇区域的优质景区资源，进一步谋划企业自身发展、转变经营理念，为宣传好徐汇的旅游文化品牌，服务徐汇区域发展做出贡献。
