日前，徐汇国投召开集团2019年法务条线工作会议，此次会议旨在强化集团所属企业合规管理意识，增进集团系统法务工作交流。集团总经理助理、副财务总监龙颖作法务实务操作培训并讲话，集团法务管理部室、各所属企业法务工作分管领导及法务工作人员参加会议。

龙颖同志从实务操作层面对当前合同管理、履职清单与法务工作相关部分、以及新颁布的国投集团《法律纠纷管理实施细则（试行）》作了讲解；将多年的法律事务从业经验及遇到的实际案例作了分享，并对系统内法务工作人员提出三点要求：一是不忘初心，守住法律底线；二是不断学习，提升专业水平；三是不断创新，提高破题能力。

会上，集团行政办公室作为法务管理部室对上半年的合规性、法务及合同检查情况进行了反馈。各所属企业就当前法务工作的意见和建议进行了座谈。
