1. Job Responsibilities
1. Familiarize with the basic real estate situation of each real estate management unit of the group, regularly review the housing ledger, and check the housing situation on-site.
2. According to the Group's real estate management system, complete the review of various real estate leases and other related matters.
3. In accordance with the overall management objectives of the group's real estate management, assist in the formulation of annual operation and management requirements and be responsible for the decomposition and implementation of relevant real estate management units.
4. Collect, summarize and analyze the annual key special work of the real estate management unit for the leadership to make decisions, and be responsible for the prior guidance, mid-term supervision and completion feedback of the key special work.
5. Responsible for the testing and optimization of real estate information management.
6. Complete other tasks assigned by the leader.
2. Job requirements
1. A full-time university degree or above, major in economics and management, law is preferred, and relevant work experience is preferred;
2. Have good communication and coordination skills, written organization and expression skills;
3. Being upright, rigorous and efficient;
4. Diligent and dedicated, with strong learning ability, service awareness and dedication;
5. Familiar with office software, with the ability to produce computer graphics;
6. In good health, under 35 years old, CCP members are preferred.
