3月5日，区委书记鲍炳章在区国资委主任周婷婷、区委办副主任王骏的陪同下至徐汇国投集团，对防疫当下及之后的企业重点工作推进作指导。

鲍炳章书记针对集团实际情况，作了四点指示：一是要真心诚意做好疫情期间的安商稳商工作，服务好功能区及园区楼宇入驻企业，落实税收减免及免租等惠企政策，尽可能助其早日“康复”；要做好分析，因企而异打好“组合拳”，针对不同企业的不同情况，进行“精准帮扶”；在纾困的同时，积极发掘并引进优良企业。二是经营好“美加净”等国产老字号品牌，对接疫情过后民众对卫生健康这一生活方式的需求，寻找切入点及好的合作伙伴，树立品牌高端形象；结合当地规划，稳步并妥善地推进转型发展。三是理顺集团当前投资、园区及集体资产管理，对零星的资产作有效整合及盘活。四是培育企业情怀，提高格局，突出主业，将规范稳健与创新发展有机结合；充分发挥班子合力，历练核心团队，形成企业的主业特色，进一步发挥服务区域的职能。

会上，集团党委书记、董事长王武文汇报了企业当前防疫工作、各项重点工作推进情况，以及下阶段工作思路；集团党委副书记、总经理陈明龙汇报了集团下阶段招商工作思路。
