根据徐安委办（2020）19号文件精神以及区国资委要求，5月12日，由集团党委书记、董事长、安委会主任王武文以及集团分管安全副总经理、安委会副主任黄鹤，分别带队对徐虹北路30号、漕溪路251弄6号、汇京大厦23楼、凌云路38号、喜泰路237号等集团下属房产和租赁房产的装潢装饰工程开展安全专项检查。

集团领导在听取业主、建设方、施工方、监理方的介绍后，深入施工现场开展安全隐患排查，对配电箱、自制木扶梯、灭火器、不规范拉线、消防逃生标志等隐患向施工方提出整改要求。同时要求业主、建设方和监理方履行安全监督检查责任，督促施工方履行施工安全主体责任，加强对施工作业人员安全教育培训，登高作业必须佩戴安全帽、安全带，临边作业必须有安全防坠落措施，动火作业必须严格执行危险作业审批，作业人员持证操作，杜绝违章违规行为，坚决防范高处坠落事故发生和火灾事故发生。
