10月25日，上海徐汇融资担保有限公司召开工会会员大会，14名职工会员参加了会议，国投集团党委副书记、纪委书记、工会主席冒正兰出席会议。通过大会选举，产生了徐汇担保第一届工会主席、第一届工会经费审查员、第一届工会女职工委员。

冒正兰同志代表国投集团工会向新当选的工会干部致贺，并对徐汇担保工会的工作提出三点要求：一是要肩负使命担当。在集团工会和徐汇担保党支部共同领导指导下，围绕中心工作，认真履行工会职责，密切联系职工，服务好职工，促进企业发展更上一个台阶。二是要加强学习。积极参与相关培训，学习工会相关的规章制度，切实加强自身建设，不断规范工作流程。三是要不断创新。根据企业特点开展形式多样的职工活动，体现企业特色。

自今年8月以来，在国投集团工会的指导和关心下，公司严格依照规定，成立工会筹备小组，认真推进各项工作，为工会选举大会的顺利召开奠定了基础。会议的召开，标志着徐汇担保工会正式成立。徐汇担保从事融资担保行业多年，也是徐汇区内唯一一家政策型担保公司，公司工会的组建不仅有利于维护职工的合法权益，同时将在促进企业未来发展中发挥更大作用，更进一步推进公司担保业务的发展。
