在2020年元旦春节期间，汇祥资产开展走访慰问生活困难职工、离休干部、军转干部、退休劳模等人员，送去新春的慰问和祝福，让职工群众切身感受到党的温暖、组织的关怀和集团的关心。本次共走访慰问230人次，落实慰问资金15.18万元。

本次元旦、春节走访慰问时间紧、任务重，时效性要求高，去年激增的托管企业和人员给本次慰问工作带来较大的压力。汇祥资产按照集团党委要求，坚持“把好事做好，把实事办实”的理念，在走访慰问工作上系统谋划，细致推进。一是全覆盖，不遗漏。对各托管企业历年的慰问情况和现状进行分析，本次走访慰问覆盖7个类别人员，分别是在岗、离下岗和退休的困难职工、困难党员、军转干部、离休干部、退休劳模、90岁以上的老人和重点稳控对象。二是重排摸，细评估。对于困难在岗、离下岗和退休困难职工进行仔细排摸，并对困难情况进行评估，提高帮扶慰问困难职工的精准度。三是尽职责，做到位。本次走访慰问时间紧，人员数量多、分布区域广，汇祥资产充分发挥团队精神，提前策划，合理安排时间和线路，对于平日不方便的慰问对象，周末上门慰问。对评估后作为重点慰问对象的困难职工，一一上门慰问，带上慰问品，并做好本次元旦春节慰问变化情况的政策介绍，既让困难职工充分了解帮扶政策，又让职工感觉到安心、暖心。
