This year is the first time that the Organization Department of the Xuhui District Committee launched the talent reserve plan. Through the selection of excellent political, academic, and potential outstanding graduates from the national "double first-class" colleges and universities, they were selected to work in the party and government organs of Xuhui District to enrich Xuhui District. The reserve talent team provides talent guarantee for the construction of a first-class central city in Xuhui District. SDIC was recommended by the District State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, and was commissioned by the Organization Department of the District Party Committee to sign labor contracts with reserve talents, and realize the work of reserve talents landing in Xuhui through employee borrowing. Vice Minister Chen Yan expressed his gratitude to the large amount of work done by the SDIC to support the talent reserve plan, and hopes to further strengthen the cooperation with district state-owned enterprises in the recruitment and training of talents, and expand the Xuhui talent pool.
