This job fair provides various jobs for job seekers such as recent graduates, unemployed people, and migrant workers through a combination of online and offline methods. A total of 4 units including the headquarters of the group, Xuhui Assets, Meijia Net Daily Chemical, and Huixiang Assets participated in the conference and announced the number of recruitment positions.
 
 
As a representative of the first-line job model worker, Chen Yongqing, the equipment manager of the Maxam Daily Chemicals toothpaste workshop, was invited to participate in this job fair. On the spot, he introduced the 100-year brand history of Maxam Daily, my job responsibilities and the situation of this recruitment position. At the job fair, various job-seekers enthusiastically submitted their resumes, and the group companies responded enthusiastically to job-seekers’ related questions, including job responsibilities, salary and benefits, career development, etc. As of the end of the job fair, the group has received nearly 100 job resumes submitted online and offline. In the later stage, the received resumes will be initially screened according to the company's job requirements, and offline interviews will be organized.
