近日，围绕庆祝妇女节，上海徐汇国有资产投资（集团）有限公司工会各级女职工组织积极行动起来，以职工群体的需求为导向，集中开展女职工喜闻乐见、体验感强、融入度高的特色活动，营造关心关爱女职工，促进女职工发展的浓厚氛围。
集团工会
集团工会、女职工委员会精心筹备组织举办多内容、多场次的女职工专属专场活动：
旗袍文化宣讲活动
了解旗袍穿戴搭配以及旗袍文化礼仪，诠释现代职业女性与传统文化相结合的典雅风范。
烹饪制作体验活动
指导女职工运用现代烹饪新技巧制作中式、西式糕点，展现女职工所特有的热爱生活之美。
南徐汇经发
南徐汇经发工会组织女性职工开展了“浓情三八节·糕点DIY”活动，尽情发挥独特创意，相互学习经验，共享DIY材料，体验着动手与合作的乐趣。
徐汇资产
徐汇资产工会举办了“手工之美，匠心之作”皮具DIY制作体验主题活动，共计38名女职工参加此次活动。她们用灵巧的双手制作出一件件造型别致的手工皮具挂件，感受匠心制作的乐趣和价值。
永星纸箱厂
永星纸箱厂与康健街道社区党支部联合开展了“创和谐社会 展巾帼风采”手工制作活动，永星纸箱厂的党员、女职工与康健街道居民一起制作手工皮具，感受了手工制作的魅力，体验了艺术创造带来的乐趣。
龙华旅游城&兴现房产
龙华旅游城公司工会联合兴现房产、徐家汇源游客中心举办了一场全体女职工非遗体验活动，学习了解“压襟”的材质、由来、穿戴方法、制作方式等，让每一位女职工沉浸式体验中国非遗文化，学习传承中国传统手工艺。
汇祥资产
鲜花绽芬芳，更为巾帼添精彩，为丰富女职工精神文化生活，庆祝 “三八”国际妇女节，汇祥资产工会组织开展“插花品香，诗情花艺”主题艺术插花体验活动，点缀生活之美，积极引导女职工幸福生活安心工作，营造浓厚的节日氛围。
