2020年7月1日，正值建党99年之际，中共上海徐汇融资担保有限公司支部委员会与中共上海徐汇资产管理有限公司总支部委员会共同主办了《“汇”聚微光·汇知讲堂——基层党组织共建活动》徐汇担保党支部书记、董事长、总经理蒋晓军，徐汇资产党总支部书记、执行董事朱伟，以及国投集团房产管理部副经理胡晓敏等党员干部参加了此次活动。
本次活动由国投集团房产管理部牵头，旨在通过集团内部培训的形式，加强兄弟公司基层党组织及员工间的分享与交流，得到了徐汇担保公司、徐汇资产公司、兴现房产公司的积极响应，参会人员四十余位。
作为国投集团下属金融服务平台的重要组成部分，徐汇担保派出两名部门负责人——担保业务部经理赵言彬和风控部经理张浩，代表公司在活动上分享了徐汇担保在业务开展过程中如何对企业及个人进行调查的项目经验。在分享过程中，赵言彬经理为大家详细介绍了担保公司担保业务的主要流程，张浩经理则结合历年工作中的典型融资项目，对尽职调查、项目审查中应关注的重点进行了深入解读。
在互动交流阶段，房产管理部、徐汇资产、兴现房产公司的与会代表就目前在租客背景调查、合同签订、信息获取等调查环节中遇到的各类问题进行了提问，徐汇担保总经理助理朱杰、蔡蕾也一一进行了解答。
本次活动是徐汇担保将“‘汇’聚微光”作为支部党建特色品牌后开展的首次实践活动，和徐汇资产的“汇知讲堂”品牌进行的一次成功融合和探索，为今后支部的党建特色品牌创建打响了头炮。会后，两家主办单位的领导班子进行了亲切的交流和合影。
