今天（3月4日）上午，徐汇区召开党史学习教育动员会。区委书记鲍炳章出席会议并指出，要深入学习贯彻习近平总书记在党史学习教育动员大会的重要讲话精神和中央、市委指示要求，延续“四史”学习教育的好做法，以更高站位、更实举措开展好党史学习教育。
一是要深入学习领会习近平总书记重要讲话精神，全面贯彻党史学习教育总体要求。
深刻认识在全党开展党史学习教育的重大意义，准确把握“六个进一步”的学习重点，落实“学史明理、学史增信、学史崇德、学史力行”的目标要求，树立正确党史观，把握“五对辩证关系”，确保学习教育各项任务在徐汇落到实处。
二是要准确把握党史学习教育重点任务，在学党史、悟思想、办实事、开新局中勇担新时代新使命。
要学党史、强党性，筑牢“信仰之基”，深刻感悟历史伟业，充分汲取精神滋养，奋力担当时代使命，持续提升城区能级和核心竞争力。
要读原著、悟思想，汲取“奋进之力”，把理论学习摆在突出位置，把思想解放作为重要方法，把总书记嘱托作为实践方向，不断探索实现高质量发展、高品质生活、高效能治理的实践路径。
