在徐家汇有一条文定路，“文定”二字原是徐光启的谥号，光启公园就在文定路和南丹东路路口，而文定坊街区是以家居、原创设计、画廊等产业为主的商业集聚地。近期随着各企业复工复产，非机动车停放量大幅增长，高峰期在文定坊路面停放的非机动车达700多辆，导致大量非机动车乱停乱放，在文定路裕德路交叉路口尤为突出。

为保障徐家汇街区周边良好环境，进一步巩固全国文明城区的创建成果，龙华旅游城公司下属徐汇车辆停放公司近期配合徐家汇街道相关部门联合制定了《文定坊街区非机动车优化方案》，从清、疏、调、控、优五个方面对非机动车乱停放现象进行初步整治，即：清——清理废旧共享单车；疏——疏导社会私有非机动车辆及外卖车辆至各自办公管辖区域；调——将部分共享单车外调至周边道路；控——控制非机动车沿街停放数量；优——优化非机动车停放点。通过实施优化停放，进一步改善了城区市容环境，提升区域精细化管理水平。

今后公司将更多地通过共管共治、联合治理等方式提升区域管理、民生服务水平，为整个区域的良好环境建设、营商环境优化作出应有贡献。
