日前，集团党委副书记、纪委书记、工会主席冒正兰带领集团党办等人员，到上海白猫家电科技产业园有限公司走访调研，听取了企业生产经营状况、发展方向及发展中关注的热点问题，察看了园区环境、管理状况，了解部分入驻企业的情况等。

调研中，冒正兰同志肯定了白猫家电所取得的成绩，结合白猫家电的实际情况，提出三方面要求：一是继续抓好安全管理工作，层层落实安全责任，全力应对近阶段的高温、台风天气带来的影响，确保生产经营的安全。二是保持园区营收状况良好的势态，不断完善各项内部管理制度和工作流程，促进园区规范化管理。三是结合庆祝建国七十周年活动，全体职工积极参加劳动竞赛，立足岗位，参与、支持、服务和推动企业生产经营管理，不断提升园区管理服务水平。

白猫家电秉持“服务好、管理好”的经营理念，通过不断改善园区内环境，目前吸引入驻企业21家。上半年，园区主营业务收入799万元，完成全年任务的79.9%，同比增长67.15%；实现了园区出租率100%、资金回笼率100%的“双百”目标。
