10月8日，国投集团党委召开“不忘初心、牢记使命”主题教育第7次专题学习会，会议由党委书记、董事长王武文主持，集团领导班子成员参加。

班子成员在自学《习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想学习纲要》，《见证初心和使命的的 “十一书 ”》等书目基础上，围绕“党的初心使命，党的宗旨性质”主题，由国投集团副总经理黄鹤做主讲发言，其他班子成员均作了交流发言。

集团自九月初部署启动“不忘初心、牢记使命”主题教育以来，及时制定下发主题教育活动实施方案，明确集团领导班子中心组学习计划，在9-11月强化集中学习研讨，专题学习每次明确一名班子成员进行主讲发言，1~2名班子成员重点发言，其他班子成员交流发言。同时，要求所属各级党组织和广大党员干部充分认识主题教育的重大意义，不折不扣贯彻“守初心、担使命，找差距、抓落实”的总要求，全面把握主题教育的根本任务、主要目标，切实把学习教育的成效转化为推动集团发展的强大动力。
