在国投集团新成立之际，为了进一步提升集团干部队伍的专业能力与综合素养，适应新时代集团发展要求，搭建企业间沟通融合的平台，凝心聚力促发展，集团开展2019年度干部培训班。近日，2019年度国投集团干部培训班拓展训练暨结业仪式在上海浦东临港举行，集团党委副书记、纪委书记、工会主席冒正兰出席活动。

拓展训练中，学员们分成六组开展了破冰团建、环游80天及共绘蓝图等项目，大家发扬“友谊第一、比赛第二”的精神，发挥团队协作能力，出色地完成了所有项目。本年度干部培训班历时半年，集中开展9次课堂授课和1次拓展训练，参加对象包括集团中层及后备干部共计60余人，集团领导参与5人次。培训班邀请多位专业领域的专家学者授课，授课内容涵盖党课、宏观经济形势、公文写作、管理学、心理学及领导力等课程。培训形式多样，从分组讨论到互动交流，以拓展训练活动完美收官。结业仪式上，学员代表们发表了参加培训班的学习体会。

冒正兰同志为获胜团队及优秀学习心得颁奖，充分肯定了培训班的精心组织，提出集团干部职工要加强学习，提升本领；增进交流融合，促进团队协作；进一步展现集团干部队伍良好的精神风貌和整体形象，为集团的高质量发展储势蓄能。
