2月10日一早，国投集团及所属企业迎来复工第一天，集团党委书记、董事长王武文、集团党委副书记、总经理陈明龙分别前往徐汇资产、美加净日化、慧谷白猫、兴现房产等企业，实地了解企业复工安排和疫情防控工作，向全体干部职工致以新春祝福，并向放弃休息提早返岗多日的一线员工表示慰问。

无论是楼宇大堂，园区或厂房大门，所到之处，都有工作人员手握测温枪，对所有进入的人员进行体温检测和进门登记。

通过走访，集团领导一行详细了解每个企业员工返岗情况、园区和楼宇入驻企业复工数，车间复工情况、疫情物资和后勤保障落实情况等，并赴楼宇大堂、企业食堂、办公区域等重点公共区域检查防控措施。面对依然严峻的疫情形势，国投集团及所属企业复工后要做到三个方面：一是有效落实责任。复工后，企业作为防控主体，必须压实责任，切实抓好分片包干，全面掌握所辖片区复工情况，严格落实集团12项防疫措施，群策群力，把各项工作做细做实。二是有序落实复工。各企业各部门要周密部署、科学安排，按照积极稳妥有序的要求，采取错岗上班、轮流到岗，居家办公的方式有序开工。企业自身要严格执行防护监督要求，并要全力支持和帮助入驻企业解决复工过程和防控工作中的实际困难。三是有力增强信心。领导干部要率先垂范，坚守前线，关心关爱员工尤其是奋战一线的员工，加强舆论引导，打造本企业抗击疫情的正面形象，营造同舟共济、齐心协力的氛围，坚定信心，打赢这场防疫战役。
