为全力做好台风“利奇马”的防御应对工作，兴现房产、枫林伯奥公司召开紧急工作会议，确定应急联络名单，分派布置各项工作，迅速进入临战状态。

期间，集团分管领导和公司班子成员分别至丰谷路项目、襄阳南路、小木桥路项目装修工地现场进行检查，指导防台防汛工作开展。8月9日当日，共巡查房屋网点150余处，向租赁户发送通知、消息、注意事项700多则，出动人员173人次。全体安全小组成员在各办公点、重要项目点24小时不间断值班驻守，处置各类应急情况，总计值班人员25人次，对5处现场进行紧急处置，确保所有重点项目无人员伤亡和损失。
