2020年上半年,受新冠疫情等多重因素影响,清洁用品经营销售业务受到极大冲击。为确保年度销售目标顺利完成,永星企业多方挖掘资源,通过多种措施,实现了“时间过半、任务过半”的目标。

多种渠道拓展销售阵地,打造产品展示平台。为增加企业效益,提升品牌影响力,位居罗香路30号的白猫居家日用品专营店于6月22日开业。该专营店主要展示、售卖永星企业的白猫牌居家清洁用具系列产品、永星系列产品、美加净日化企业的牙膏系列产品以及白猫系列清洁产品。该专营店的开业为企业产品提供了多元的展示机会和销售平台。

新专营店开业

挖掘企业发展潜能,实现降本增效目标。根据快递市场的情况,永星企业经过多方寻找资源,反复谈判,最终实现每单快递费用成本降幅超过10%;永星企业积极寻找新的吸色布外包装的加工商,在保证质量的情况下,加工成本下降了25%左右,实现了降本增效的发展目标。

抓住市场发展机遇,拓展多元客户资源。永星企业抓住消杀产品的潜在市场增长机遇,积极挖掘消杀产品客户资源,新增上海正勤、上海智真贸易等经销商客户,为长桥街道、凌云路派出所、合久物业等二十多家单位供应消杀防疫产品。在上半度,永星企业“25kg厨房多用途清洗剂”恢复上市,并开发出2KG永馨洗洁精、永星软抽面巾纸等产品。永星企业通过种种举措的实施,超额完成了上半年度的销售目标。
