10月29日，徐汇区国资委、国投集团开展“不忘初心、牢记使命”主题教育联组学习。区国资委领导班子成员、各科室负责人以及国投集团领导班子成员共19人参加联组学习。徐汇区副巡视员、区国资委党委书记冯上达、副主任杨晓洁，以及国投集团党委书记、董事长王武文、党委副书记、总经理陈明龙，围绕理想信念、宗旨性质、担当作为专题，结合“学习贯彻落实习近平总书记考察上海重要讲话精神”作学习体会交流发言。两家单位的其他班子成员结合个人学习体会和工作实际深入交流。

在学习交流、听取国投集团当前重点工作及打算后，区副巡视员、区国资委党委书记冯上达指出：一是围绕区域经济发展谋划明年工作。结合集团功能定位，进一步优化营商环境、做强金融科技、资本运营；突破难点，加快推进资产梳理、盘活和整合，努力开创各项工作新局面。二是打造徐汇国投工作新亮点。进一步优化布局，突出和加强集团的主业定位，盘活存量资产，激发国有资本活力；深化国企改革，积极推进混改；提高资源配置效率，促进国有资产保值增值，更好地服务区域经济发展。三是加强企业内控管理体系建设。强化内部监管，抓好审计整改，严格落实，提升管理效益，促进国有资产经营管理提质增效，不断做强做优做大国有企业。
