近日，集团工会组织职工代表开展下半年例行巡视工作，前往上海徐家汇源旅游发展有限公司进行巡视。集团党委副书记、纪委书记、工会主席冒正兰同志带队指导，集团职工代表20余人参加。

此次巡视活动正值徐家汇源有限公司双喜临门之际，一是徐家汇源游客中心乔迁新址，搬至徐家汇地铁站2号出口旁，从地理位置更方便游客找到；二是公司完成多年来组建工会组织的夙愿，为企业员工构建起全新的职工之家。在徐家汇源游客中心，代表们通过工作人员的介绍，对徐家汇源有了大致的了解：徐家汇源，地处徐家汇核心区域，坐拥百年文化建筑群，是上海首个开放型都市旅游景区，被评为国家4A级旅游景区。大家逐一认识了徐家汇源寻源之旅、百年教育之旅、百年建筑之旅等九条经典线路，并开启巡视活动。

此次活动，全程由徐家汇源公司提供专业的讲解和全程导览等服务，令大家印象深刻。职工代表纷纷感慨所到之处都是夜以继日忙碌奔波路上所经过的熟悉之地，而正由于奋斗在服务徐汇区域经济发展的岗位上，却对身边百年的都市文化不乏陌生。难得的巡视契机，也让大家认识到现代文明和历史文化的共生共荣，在徐汇区得到了最好的诠释。2019年，在集团党委的正确领导下，国投集团工会大力推进工会改革，在坚持和完善职工代表大会制度的基础上，不断深化民主管理，每半年组织职工代表成立巡视小组前往集团所属企业开展巡视工作，增进对兄弟企业发展情况的了解，征集巡视过程中职工代表所提出的想法和建议，确保巡视活动落到实处、取得实效，进而更好地服务集团各项业务稳定发展。
